Electrochemical cleaning

Odlewnia “Tarnów” Sp. z o.o. specializes in electrochemical cleaning of castings with KOLENE-E method at modern DEGUSSA line. This method is used to:
- Remove residue of the moulding material and scale from castings with complex shape, for example castings for power hydraulics, cylinder heads were high cleanness is required, etc.
- Remove mill scale from the castings surface
- Remove graphite from the castings surface prior to soldering or zinc, lead, aluminium coating, pouring with white metal and applying other types of metallic coatings.
Maximum dimensions of cleaned castings: 700 x 400 x 400 mm
Maximum casting weight approx. 200 kg
