The Tarnów Foundry specializes in manufacturing cast iron castings, mostly from grey cast iron and ductile cast iron.

Thanks to specialized and experienced engineering team, as well as dedicated staff, high quality of manufactured components and keeping to the deadlines are guaranteed. We have recognition from both domestic and foreign customers together with open order portfolio. Certificates and references confirm our experience and competence.

The main activity profile of the company is manufacturing iron castings for the following industries:

  • Machine industry (bodies, beds for machine tools, supports, headstocks, etc.)
  • Automotive industry (bodies, reducers, transmissions, power transmission, etc.)
  • Water and sewage industry (pump bodies)
  • Industrial production (compressor bodies)
  • Energy industry (valves)
  • Heating industry (fireplace inserts)

The foundry is traditionally focused on making castings for external customers, for which we make about 80 percent of our castings. At the same time we continuously develop and introduce into manufacturing our own products – monolithic cast iron fireplace inserts.

The Tarnów Foundry is characterised by high production flexibility. We also implement individual projects suited to our customers’ specific needs and requirements. We are making castings of individual weight up to 4500 kg in the process of manual mould forming.

Thanks to investments made and constant improvement of the quality management system we achieve high quality of often very complicated products, what at the same time is a guarantee of our customers’ satisfaction.

Also being part of the Tarnavva Group and cooperation with partner firms allows us to expand our offer. The modern machine park of the Tarnavva Group members is equipped with numerically controlled CNC machines, lasers, multifunction CNC bending centres, automatic powder coating lines, punching machines, etc. and allows implementation of services and products in respect of machining cast iron and other metals.
