Our laboratory is equipped with the following instruments:
- Spectrometer SPECTROMAXX for cast iron chemical properties analysis.
- Strength testing machine for static testing (for compressing and tensile strength) ZD-20
- Hardness tester for Brinella HBW 10/3000 hardness measurements and Poldi hardness tester.
- Metallographic microscope for cast iron structure testing.
Thanks to constant cooperation with other, certified laboratories we have ability to offer our customers the following non-destructive tests:
- x-ray
- ultrasound tests
- and magnetic-powder testing
QUALITY CONTROL

The most important goal for our company is to achieve such quality of the products and services that meets international standards and individual customer expectations.
Our products are controlled at each stage of the production cycle. All pieces in a series are subject to detailed final inspection.
All production processes in the company are performed according to the implemented norm PN-EN ISO 9001:2008
The quality control department issues the following documents:
- Material certificate EN 10204-3.1
- Measurement card
- Quality certificate
Machining

Through our long term and selected, for quality purposes, partners we can offer our customers mechanical machining of the castings.
Our partners, who hold required certificates and permissions, use conventional processing machines as well as state-of-the-art CNC processing centres.
